I think law enforcement should release more information about the crime scene,the lie detector results and why his wife or other people in the house, didn't wake up from the shotgun noise??? That dog still dont hunt!!!! Who would gain money or ?? from his death? Or who did ben piss off that much to risk killing him in cold blood with his wife right next to him and his kids in the house as well with little or no care at all of being caught??3844

ok, either the cops are not telling the truth or the wife know a hell of alot more..come on the noise, the smell and blood spatter and what about g.s.r....if she were in bed like they say all of these would be present. hey keystone cops, look at the family......you guys suck at your job..

Ben Oxley. Shotgunned to death in his house in the middle of the night.
Police have cleared his wife of any involvement in the shooting. They have not said why.
Early on, it was reported that the back door was unlocked.
The Oxley's had just moved into this house.

I am surprised that his wife did not wake up and see who the kiler was. Did she give a description? If not, why not?
Were they sleeping together in the bedroom? Or was he sleeping on the sofa? We do not know.

This happened at 3:00a.m. in a small town. You would think someone would have heard the gunshot, a car taking off or heard someone running from the house.
