Former judge will not face trial in porn case

what do you mean good for you.he is an ass.he was the judge in my dads trial when he got a DWI had many well i went in to talk to him about my dad several days before the trial in his office he was busy so i waited patiently.then when i got in there he started cussing me and i was being very calm and just asking questions and i told him you are not going to sit here and talk to me like that i did nothing wrong i was just trying to get some questions answered so when we got to court he told my dad to go to jail 45 days.and he had 2 weeks to report well he had burned his eyes very badly with a chemical and had to have eye drops in them every hour and patches on them when i took him to report to jail they told him they couldn't keep him because they couldn't put the drops in they had nobody to do it and to just go home well he was living with me and i live in TX we were flying back and forth. so we went back to TX and 2 weeks later got a notice to appear in court again and when we got there he tried to send him to jail for 2 years for failure to report. and i stood up and told him i had heard of people breaking out of jail all the time but have never heard of anyone breaking into jail .boy did he get pissed so he ordered my dad to go back to TX and never come back to his town ever again guess he thought he was god. and now he goes to court and gets nothing he is a sick sick man but i guess you think having child porn is ok if he has that i just wonder what else has happened that we don't know about but hey that's only my opinion in TX

I just found this site about ava, this is where i grew up and my family still live there. I know Judge Wall personally and could never fathom that he could do the things he was accused of. People have their opinions of people because they dont actually know anybody who has personally been accused of stuff like that, you shouldnt judge a person till you actually know them.

I have family there also.and i still say if the evidence is there then he probably id it im not saying that i know he did it what im saying is after dealing with him i dont doubt it.

Had Judge Wall done his job years ago we would not have a 30 year old son strung out on drugs! We begged and pleaded with him when he was a teenager and he would just laugh us off and say he is a good boy and will change! He would send him over to West Plains fore rehab---what a joke! He just learned more there! Our son now tells us of all kinds of stories of the parties he held!!!

He refused to be their puppet and tell on his friends so he is serving 21 years in prison because he was found, "guilty by association" with his friends, in the Federal Courts. There was NO evidence against him, whatsoever, but at the last minute, when the prosecutor saw he was losing his case and that there actually was NO EVIDENCE, he request a new rule for the jury to allow them to find him guilty by association with the others that were involved and snitched and testified for the prosecution and LIED, and the Judge allowed that jury instruction to be entered. Hell, there is even a 3 page statement given to the investigator, stating that my son was NOT involved, that in fact, he was home in bed asleep, and that his truck had been borrowed, who all was with that person in his truck and all information about this so-called drive-by shooting. And if you think for one minute, that the Harris' were not involved in a SET-UP of my son,read the police reports of all the people Ashley Harris has just set-up for Ava's finest, city of Ava police dept. And police reports about the people she has continued to try and set up and it has backfired on her. I have the statements if anyone wants to read them. These are police reports that state she is working as a snitch for the Ava City Police force. What a joke, when her and her brothers are the biggest drug addicts and drug sellers in this county and city. How do you think she got into these people's home to set them up? Because she and her brothers, dealt drugs with them for years and they TRUSTED her. Big mistake. Now all these people are having to jump through the hoops and pay out loads of money and she is STILL dealing drugs all over town, and gets them free for being their snitch. They do not WANT to hire anyone and pay them, who is NOT a drug addict, to help them catch the druggies here, and why should they when they can get an idiot like Harris to do it for free? My son saw those tapes becaue the girl brought them to him to ask her UNCLE what she should do about all this, he watched them and so did his wife, her mother and her brother, and was given the advice to take them to a SAFE place for she might need them later. She took them to her family attorney thinking that was safe, WRONG, the tapes were spliced and taped over to take out what he didn't want the Federal court to see on behalf of his good ole buddy Walls, that is what I have been told. Now let me ask you, since you know him so well, were you one of the many men that played poker with him and molested this girl as well? If there were NOT anything explicit about the porn tapes why did they all hide them in other poeple's closets and edit them etc. If they didn't do anything wrong why not come public in the first place?

Ava Man Faces Weapon Charges Following Shooting

An Ava man is being held in the Douglas County Jail on weapons charges following a shooting incident in Ava early Tuesday morning.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says Michael W. Johnson, 34, has beeen charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and remains in the Douglas County Jail. Additional Charges are pending against Johnson, the Sheriff's department said, and other individuals may be charged in the incident.
The shooting took place around 1:00 a.m. on Jan. 15, when shoots were fired from a vehicle toward a residense in Ava. No injuries werwe substained inside the residence. Officers said.
Ava city police officers and Doulas County deputies responded to the report and county officers then became engaged in a pursuit which ended safely. Two people were taken into custody without further incident, but only Johnson had been charged as of Wednesday morning. Officers are also investigating another posible shooting incident that occured in the same neighbor a few hours prior to the 1:00 a.m. shooting.

Ava Man Sentenced For Weapons Violations

SPRINGFIELD--Todd P. Graves, United States Attorney for the Western Districtof Missouri, announced that an Ava man and an Arkansas man were sentenced in federal court last week, in seperate and unrelated cases, for being felons in possession of a firearm.
Michael W. Johnson, 36, of Ava, was sentenced by U>S. District Judge Gary A. Fenner to 21 years and 10 months tio federal prison without parole. On Oct. 29, 2003, Johnson was found guilty by a federal jury of four counts charging him with several firearms violations. Johnson was found guilty of being a felon in possesion of a .30-06 caliber Remington rifle on Jan. 14 and 15, 2002, In Douglas County. Under federal law Graves explained, it is illegal for any felon to be in possesion of any firearm or ammunition. Johnson has 1986 criminal felony convictions for stealing and second degree burglary, continued....

1988 felony convictions for second degree robery and auto theft in Jackson County, and a 1997 criminal conviction for stealing in Ozark County. Johnson's prior criminal convictions qualified him as an armed career criminal, which ehanced his overall sentence.
In addition to the felon in possession of a firearm conviction, Johnson was also convicted of a second count of being a felon in possession of a Marlin .22 magnum caliber rifle and ammunition, possessing methamphetamine on April 29, 2003, in Douglas County. Johnson Alledly used the Remington rifle in two drive-by shooting on a single victim on the night of Jan. 15, 2002, Graves said. After the second drive-by shooting Johnson was involved in a lengthy chase involving law enforcement officers, where prosecutores said he attempted to get rid of the rifle.
The jury deliberated one hour and 15 minutes before returing the guilty verdict To U.S. District Judge Gary A. Fenner.
The jury found Johnson guilty of all four counts of an indictment. Each of the charges was related to violations of federal firearms and narcotics laws.

After reading this you can decide for yourself if Michael Johnson is innocent as his mother Pam Brayfield says he is. Sounds to me like the police caught him redhanded.

If you want to know the truth, go to the documnets of the federal trial on the PACER, or I have copies of the full transcript of the trial and would be ever so glad to allow you to read them. There was NO HIGH SPEED CHASE, as the newpaper reported, or so said Vernpn Johnson in his testimony at the trial, and I guess he would know, he was the on behind my son's vehicle, and he also testified that he never lost sight of the vehicle, knew my son was a passenger in the CAR, nothing was thrown out of that car at any time, and when they stopped at my son's home, all that was found in the car were 4 unopened packs of Marlboro cigarettes. No gun, no ammo, no shell casings, nothing that linked my son to any shooting incident and let me advise you further, that was the 2nd shooting reported that eveing, not the first where 4 other person's were in my son's truck while my son was at home, in bed asleep. Now I don't know which you all would rather believe, the local newpaper that never gets anything right, or the testimony of Douglas Counties finest at the trial, but Iwill go with the testimony at trial by all the officers involved. They even testified that they have know my son 30 years and have NEVER saw him with a weapon nor found on in is home, so who to believe???? want to read the trial transcripts? Give me a call anytime.
