Tower fall victims identified

Two men killed in a fall from a tower in Douglas County on Tuesday have been identified as Jerry Case, 54, of Kansas City, and Kevin Keeling, 33, of Independence.

Jerry Case and his father were friends of mine during my 6 years in Kansas City (1976-1982) with KCMO Radio (the old 810 khz AM station). I used them many of time to do repair and installation work on the channel 5 TV tower at 31 street. I am deeply sadden by this news.
