This is horrible ---- If these dogs were dumped someone had to see them being dumped -- If they were @ someone's home then why haven't those people been charged????
Where is the DC Humane Society????? Didn't they just recive over a quarter of a million dollars from an estate?????

Ritchie County Humane Society says they are needing funds for medication for these animals -- Since they were found in Doddridge County (sugar Run is in Grove) why isn't the Doddridge County Humane Society offering to give them financial assistance?????
For that matter, the DC Humand Society has a new building -- Why were the dogs taken to Ritchie County?????
WHERE IS A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS????

I don't know WHO has the checkbook -- I do know from articles in the paper that there is a group that goes to the Commission meetings -----
This is just a shame all the way around --- Aren't there LAWS to protect the animals????? Surely SOMEBODY knew about these dogs PRIOR to them getting dumped ---

Tell the truth...this post was never about the dogs...it was all about the money, right?
I see your false empathy...and recognize it for what it is.
