is it true that the incident that involved the sutton guy at the middletown mall with all those young ladies and a video camera only got him a slap on the hand and sent on his merry way?? whats wrong with our justice system?? why wasn't he labeled a sex offender?? why wasn't there jail time?? HOW CAN A GROWN MAN GET BY WITH BEING INVOLVED WITH VIDEO TAPING YOUNG LADIES (under age) WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE, GET OFF WITH JUST PROBATION?????????? I hope all those parents band together and SUE....I dont' know how he can hold his head up high knowing what he did, and how he pretty much got by with it..hope he sleeps good at night!!!!!

yep it is true he got unsuprervised probation for six months I think, it was on the news.....Did he even lose his job? I cant believe that he managed to get by with this!!!

Wait a minute -- this happened in a different county --- a Fed Offense, that was plead out and you expect Virginia to cover it, when the CLARKSBURG newspaper, a "REAL NEWSPAPER" didn't????

If you're so sick of the county and it's imperfections then why don't you and your cronies finance you OWN newspaper and put the news in it the way YOU see it?(Oh, I forgot, the you can't find a way for the Commissioners to finance your little project!)

Another thought here -- At least he was held accountable and given a slap on the hand ---- That's more than happens to our elected officials when they break the laws that are in place to protect the community from becoming a dictatorship!
