Does anyone know the reason Hwy 86 (North of Hwy 9) has been closed tonight? I've heard two different stories and can't find concrete information anywhere. Thanks.

Its closed so they can run the bike trail under the highway, along the west side of the road and they it will be closed further north in a week or so to run it back along the east side of the road.
