I think it is a shame that the Oak Haven facility was allowed to fall through the cracks. This is a Dickinson Co. facility, why wasn't it taken care of?
The most important piece of this though is not the building but the people, residence and employees (victims). There is the tradegy!!!!!

Oak Haven Closing
A Dickinson County health care facility is closing down due to mold issues. Dickinson County Attorney Lonnie Saunders tells KICD News the Oak Haven Care Facility in rural Spirit Lake will be closing in the near future due to mold and mildew being found.

It's almost impossible to pin down a certain person today because they're being so elusive and flaky.
