As a realtor canvasing the county for business, I have made a note of some revelations in our rural area's. Alot of homeowners aren't keeping the single most important investment of their lives up to par! We've got yards riddled with what I will label as "unnecessary debris" for lack of offending anyone - but come on people! Talk about taking back our neighborhoods! You know, the county is part of the community too and as a realtor, when you drive prospective clients around and the community itself is not appealing, then what type of defense do I have for attracting people to our area? I truly believe the county needs stricter guidelines for holding people accountable for the responsible upkeep and maintenance of their property!
