I hope the DeSoto Judge is happy he/she has let 4 drunk drivers off to offend and kill because of a government "technicality". Glad you couldn't spend a bit of time to find a way to keep them charged. Sleep well, bottom feeder.

In my opinion, this is an injustice to not only everyone who has died/been injured as a result of a drunk-driver...but their families, also. I hope they get this solved ASAP!

Most DUI arrest are just a way to make money. What people should be upset about is the out of control law enforcement. Stops are made without probable cause and road blocks are illegal. In this country people have lost their rights. If you want to trim the budget don't write more tickets, layoff some these self righteous overpaid trits. Between having a cop on every corner and all the other BS like homeland security, this country is going bankrupt.
