I can not believe people are buying into this nonsense. The test results they are basing this on are tainted and they know it. Not to mention the fact that most if not all of these septic tanks have been tested within the last 5 years and have met or exceeded all of the tests. This is another lobby to induce business within the county. A business that will lead to unprecedented defaults on homeowners properties. This is a totally bogus issue and should be dealt with as such. Vote NO on this proposition and help save even more homes from default. Vote yes and absorb even more mortgage debt on the county and our tax dollars. This is a serious debt issue. You can't change the rules after the properties have been purchased. If anything make it retroactive for NEW housing permits ONLY!
