Trial begins in bottle burglary case
There is a huge difference between third-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft. Although it may not have been as clear as day in the beginning of the trial involving Jesse Joseph Dodge on Thursday his attorney, John Wright, wanted to make that point to the jury.

it wasn't a simple theft. I'm sad to see that he has such a good lawyer. He's a thief and a career criminal, I hope he doesn't get off on simple charges because he'll be back in jail within a month. This man is a menace and needs to be put away for more than just a few years.
