Now days, one is usually not criminally "charged" unless there is sufficient evidence to bring a conviction...D.A.'s are smarter than that, as it's their asses on the line...They cannot wantonly prosecute without facing scrutiny from their superiors, justifying the costs, and ensuring that they've "got the right guy"...
Right. I guess we publicily convict people too based on just that!
False allegations seem to happen to people who claim they were in the wrong place at the wrong time....that is BS to me. I will never accidentally or wrongfully get accused of doing horrible things as I chose to not be arround or act in way that that could happen.
You know... make sense??? I think I need breakfast, I am not sure I am making sense myself! I fell asleep before 7 last night and slept to 6!=)

Just wanted to share my thoughts! I am from Matt's hometown of Westminster Maryland and was pretty surprised when I heard this news. Matt was always a big story teller and liar, but I never thought in a million years that he would be molesting young women. If he really did these acts then he deserves to be in prison.
If you read what the other girl on here says, I think he is still telling big stories and is a fibber.

Guys like this start with photos and work their way up to full sexual contact.
I know this by being a abandoned and abused kid myself.
Yes this guy needs to go to prison and serve his time and learn underage children are off limits.
My younger adoptive sisters were abused and often afraid to go out in public.
Yes these creeps look for anyone they might see as vulnerable.
Sorry the damage they do will haunt and scar these children for life.
I know I talk to my sisters everyday and help them so they can just survive in this world.
This guy needs to go to jail and learn what is right touching and what is wrong touching and those boys will show him the difference.
Now for everyone else I don't take kindly to anyone hurting or abusing anyone or even little kids.
I feel sometimes the only way to cure this sickness is to execute them.
Oh me, me, me!!!(Hand straight up in air) Me, me, I will do it!!!

I'll fly back to Colorado if the prosecution needs a star anti-character witness. I was already making plans to somehow warn people about him, to somehow hold him accountable for the awful and heartless things he has done. Somehow ripoffreport.com and lovefraud.com just didn't seem like enough. Just for the mindblowingly insane things that he did to us grown women, I was just wishing there was something he could be prosecuted for... he is one sick *!$%, and obviously too sick to stop himself from crossing the boundary over to underage women. I truly believe he is without conscience.
Here is a quote on behaviors from wiki under the word "sociopath".
"*Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors...
*Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure;
*Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead...
*Reckless disregard for safety of self or others;
*Consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations;
***Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.
Just thought that was interesting and very relevant to how he behaves.
Maybe I'm commenting too much on this one, but this whole thing opened up a big can o worms for me. I'm a good person, my capacity for compassion and empathy are sky-high, I'm intelligent, I have an amazing network of family&friends, I've had some wonderful relationships in the past.... YET I STILL somehow got deeply entangled in his web. I know I'll never get back what was lost to him, and I will never be the same woman I was up until the minute I met him... but there will be some justice in it all and maybe even some peace of mind for me if he sits behind bars with 'sex offender' stamped on his forehead, as prey to all those hardened criminals who STILL KNOW there are certain boundaries you just don't cross. Even there, I wonder: will he ever truly realize the impact his grusome behaviors and webs of deception have on the people he involves in his life???

Yes he better take some condoms for where he is going.
Because he will soon understand what a sexual assault victim feels.
He will have plenty of time to pray he will spend a lot of time on his knees.
Yes he will spend plenty of time making new friends.
Some will like him and others will just beat him senseless.
Either way it is a win win situation for the victim.
Glad I am not this guy.

what is a '49 center'?

Thank you 'stacked'.

And to Nice Girl, I've paraphrased, but to get into the details right this minute would probably send me in the direction of being super emotional and not having a great day. It was enough that I start shaking just talking about it. It was enough that I was mortified and couldn't talk about it with those closest to me for months. It was enough that I lost 40 pounds when my appetite was taken over by emotional turmoil... enough to push me to the edge of having a mental breakdown, leaving me with PTSS and a severe need for some counselling. It was enough that I told him to his face that I believe he will go to hell...

Allow me to explain:

When a criminal gets sent to prison, you, me and everyone else who pays taxes support these good-for-nothings by giving them 3 squares a day, satellite TV, an exercise room with all the equipment, conjugal visits, etc...being in prison these days is like going to club med or some resort and is costs thousands a day per inmate...that WE pay. There are a certain %age of criminals who commit just to get back INTO prison because it is better for them, easier living off Joe or Jane Taxpayer.

The ".49 cents" thing started long ago with a guy named Dagoth who I believe is military, we were talking about child molesters when he first said it...that I can remember. It has kind of stuck ever since and it has a meaning that only those who were around at that time know about. Marty has been around awhile and I agree with his bringing it out in this situation, sometimes there are just no alternatives.

Anyway, Dagoth's solution to these freaks of nature (a couple years ago) was the ".29 cent rule", meaning, one 9mm round...a bullet...costing .29 cents, was a whole lot cheaper than sending some of these whacko's and pervs to club prison on his dime. I had only one choice but to fully agree with him as the other choices were far to easy for the perps, and pervs.
With inflation and the way the economy is, that .29 cents has now increased to .49 cents. I said .98 cents just to make sure, meaning a "double tap", or whatever you want to call it. Perverts and child touchers are no better than a rabid dog...they will never stop no matter what, they need to be put down.
That about cover's it, did I miss anything?

Where he is going they will make him their new showertime toy.
Yes he will soon understand the effects of sexual abuse upon a person.
That's right he will soon be the sweetheart of cell block d and those boys will make him feel like the Belle of the Ball.
But don't worry some of those boys will make him feel right home with a good old beat down.
Don't worry the guards will make sure he is real protected.
