They should throw the book at her. More people die needlessly due peoples lack of concern for others safety. This is truly a shame.

Seriously, she is a drain on Society, and when she's in prison she'll just be draining even more tax dollars. She's worse than worthless. Too bad she can't be hooked up to some kind of power generator Matrix-style to at least provide *something* of value while she continues to consume oxygen and calories and space on this planet.
