I knew him from church...and he was a good, honest and God fearing man.
Did you know he actually played 'weak guard' for Penn State's Nittany Lions? He also founded "Mayflower Congregational Church" (now "Flower Mound Community Church") one of the first churches in Flower Mound.

If I had to choose not only the best friend I ever had and the kindest person I have ever known, it would be Bud Blank hands down. A man we did not even know volunteered to build an environmentally safe house for me that ended up saving my life.. He had never built one before but
He put his heart and soul into it and it worked. Bud we love you and so appreciate you. Heaven will be a better place with you there.
