Deputies investigated for leaving apparently drunken man who later died
The State Highway Patrol and Delaware County sheriff's office are investigating an incident last month in which deputies dropped off a reportedly intoxicated man at a restaurant who later walked away and was struck and killed by an sport-utility vehicle.

Duh, and did sheriff davis give these two their badges also. Dip sticks they need to go just like the old sheriff did. Not to mention the lawsuit coming out of this one. Only in delaware county. I am so glad im not employed there anymore. The personnel that's in a lot of those jobs are lacking in alot of areas.professionalism is next to nothing. Good luck to ya anyway.
