Did he not serve his time? If he served his time, his rights must be re instated.

"Tennessee’s laws are among the weakest in the country to keep guns away from dangerous people,"

Yet Tennessee has some of the strongest,broadest and vaguest laws to make sure it is easy for one to offend or, be convicted of an offense ,even if the " offense " never happened, on the weakest evidence.

"He said in some states authorities have discretion to prevent dangerous or unstable people from getting guns, even if they have not committed a disqualifying crime."
