Why give them a break they broke the law, they pay or go to jail, TOO many free rides, that is why all the good people pay for improvements thru tax's.

so what i am sick and tired of this seat belt law anyway ,sure buckle up the kids, but as for me,dont tell me that i have to pay you if i dont put on my seat belt. I dont think that has anything to do with my driving ability. dont act like your really trying to save my life , if so then help me pay for the car ,since your trying to tell me what to do in it that has nothing to do with driving, lets sign a petition to throw that one out for adults, you participate in the alcohol business by taxes and legalizing it,and thats a number one killer in accidents ,oh i get it now you want us to wear our seat belts cause you think that will save us so we can buy another drink. WOW please believe.
