Mail them back at their own cost! A taste of their own junk mail!

How do you propose doing that when they're thrown out in their driveway? If it was mailed, you could 'return to sender', but the way it's done, I don't see how you could send it back to them without it costing you to do it. If you have a way to do this, I'd like to hear about it. Thanks.

Take them into the restaurant and throw them on the ground. When they tell you to pick them up or ask why, tell them you are tired of picking them up in your driveway and they need to stop!

Gather all the junk papers from everyone in your areas (community) and send them back. Make them pay for postage to receive their own junk mail back!
Then post up a sign stating-No Junk Papers Allowed! And if they do this again, bring them up on charges that they are not allowed on your property and they are littering! Trespassing & Littering comes with a fine, possible court and so on.Set up a cam, record, this is proof of them in action committing the Trespassing & Littering!
This may possibly put them out of business for good! Yet, they deserve this!

I understand the frustration,
however, it's a first amend. right.

That's why the DA's office and the
others won't get involved.
Just like those "sample" newspapers
thrown out ever so oftin.

It doesn't take but a few seconds
to pick it up, recycle the paper
and plastic cup.

It really isn't a big thing in today's
world, even if it makes their area look
"whatever."
