Scrap yards are paying an average of 2.40 per pound for copper. Is it really worth it, to steal it??

It is if your willing to take the risk. I have seen people try to steal wire from High Voltage Gear...It usually doesnt turn out to well for the thief (you usually only find his chared boots) Instant Justice

It doesnt take much wire to add up to several hundred to thousand dollars depending on what kind of wire it is Telephone wire is a waist of time and effort
