The Democrat from Dare County says the sites pose a danger to public safety, public health, the environment and the property rights of people living nearby. Hey, I see the problem. Who is first in denouncing the security of our nation? Who smears our Military every chance. Who has politicizing the fires in California's Wildfires? Many people that live around a Jet Fighter Base know the sound as Freedom. You already know what I going to say so here it is DEMOCRAT They have shown us that they don’t care for our freedom or our safety and look at the NASCAR race there health was first by just calling people in the South disease and they had to have shots to protect them these people. I would guess the Democrat from Dare County get there shots by going to DC every month. I would guess that we all have heard what they say about the Military that they support and then stab them in the back with the same breath. Does this sound like a state that has the Motto First in Flight or should they change it to wimps Democrat?

I am from Camden and we are a proposed site. I say put it where the Navy determines they need it. If it is Camden, fine, if it is Beaufort/Washington, fine, if it is Fort Pickett in VA, fine.
I am pretty sure there are very few people speaking on this issue that can outline the needs of an FA-18 Hornet pilot. Let's quit pretending we are know what they need.
If any Navy personnel read this I want you to know I don't know how or why you guys put up with all the krap you have to listen to. It just goes to show how professional you are. From one American citizen - THANK YOU!!!

it's great that we have the Navy and Airforce protecting our Country. However, when it comes to Outlying Landing Field coming to our community harming our environment and might make me move to another area. I feel like I need to put my foot down.

Have you bothered asking the people who live around Fort Pickett feel about the idea of it becoming an OLF?
