No matter what your political persuasion, there's no denying that the Wisconsin legislature violated the state's open meetings law.
Of course, since some people don't like the outcome of this simple and correct ruling, they'll blindly attack the judge as a "liberal activist judge."

This whole notion of collective bargaining rights is a ridiculous farce. Collective bargaining "rights" are, in reality, usurpations of the rights of business owners to determine who they negotiate with. Where do these moronic judges get their farcical law degrees?
