What kind of devil wants to take hospital visitation rights away from gay couples?

Who's taking away hospital visitation from queers?
No one.

No one checks if you're some kind of queer, then makes you leave if you admit to being one.

The visiting hours are clearly posted, for everybody.

Or are you whining that homosexuals should get to decide they have unrestricted access to the facility just because they claim to be some sort of queer?

It seems the court is just saying for the most part that it's not a very good idea for queers to be around kids.
Don't see a big problem with the decision.

Of course the Democrats hate it, but oh well.
They will just keep suing so adult homosexuals can always have physical access to other peoples' little kids because that's what Homocrats believe in.

Judging from your pic I would assume you are gay, are you a top or a bottom?

Sorry hon, but the State Supreme Court didn't offer an explanation. They just rejected the Appeals Court certification of the case for a direct appeal to them. I realize that all you post are your anti-gay wet dreams, but let's stick to reality, okay?
