OOO, watch the dance now...

...Conservatives need to expose these spineless weasel liberals for what they are...

...then boot them out of office!

Imagine, a group of people trying to keep their state in an unsustainable financial track!

Punishing the taxpayers to support the few leeches.

How selfish!

How liberal!

Last I checked, the judicial branch was still part of our democratic form of government.

So much for Judges having the idea of "Blind Justice"?!?!?!
The Judge is a left wing advocate and should be barred from the court room for not serving as a non-biased judge.
What favors or payments is she getting?!!?
Hmmmmmmm...Unions...giving her a little something under the table?
She should be investigated!!!
Even the court system has gone completely insane!!!

Well, even though sending to the supreme court will cause a delay, at least more than one person would have a say instead of this fruitcake legislating from the bench.

It's amazing how so many people on Topix know so much more about the law than does this Republican-appointed judge.

Wow - once again, when a judge rules against your point of view it's an "activist judge who is legislating from the bench".

And a Repub-appointed judge, too!

Easy fix for the WI-TEAGOP - just take up the vote again. The judge even said so.

But that would ential admitting you did something wrong and engaged in some legislative hanky-panky, eh? Yeah, don't want to admit that.

And some of your members might not vote the same way because of what they are seeing as the public's reaction? And may be facign recalls? Hmmmm....too bad. You shouldn't have over-reached your perceived "mandate."

I don't think a county judge has authority over legislative matters. But I have been wrong before...

I may be wrong but I heard Wisconsin stopped automatic deduction of union dues from govt paycheks. Workers will now have more money, the union is going to start loosing support once those people realize they have to write a check to the union ever two weeks for basically nothing. The union officials must really be greasing this judge to get this law stopped.

So as always, if someone has an opposing opinion or facts of law that are different from your conservative agenda, they should be barred. The judge hasn't thrown anything out, she is making sure the legislation is constitutional and proper procedures were followed. This due diligence is an important check and balance, no matter what side you are on.

Walker was going to send out lay-off notices. But from what I have read, over 1500 state workers have filed for retirement since the start of this fiasco.

You realize you are a buzz kill. How is a conspiracy theory supposed to catch on when you introduce facts into the fray?

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Cancer

Take care because it's a rather downbeat day. You feel as though you have the cares of the world on your shoulders, and maybe you have. You've certainly got to cope with a lot of responsibility and duty, and there could also be delays and disappointments that need to be negotiated. Yes, it's a fairly miserable day but try to rise above it, otherwise you'll soon start to feel really wretched and sorry for yourself.
