PRISON time. Plain and simple. 6 violations by the time of 40? Amazing that she hasn't killed somebody by now.

Seriously?!? Why dies she still have a license? Wisconsin needs to start making people have consequences for what they do instead of a slap on the hand.

She is obviously a profiled offender, which means she relapsed on a chemically imbalance in her system as she is brain death by medical and legal classification. State has to opt payment into a 6 month or 2 year live in rehabilitation center qualified for her brain death by chemical imablance.

State also has to Charge arrest for the "EXACT" same offense on the bar that permitted her to be drunk, as they have knowledge of any rape or death or accident as a result, Unlawful to serve if breeching intoxication levels. So the bar owner must serve same sentence they give this women. Face shut down and any financial accountablity to the case as a dealer.

As well a OFFICER must stand trial of DA file of his own to be witness to scene and surrounding circumstance. If the officers DA file hosts same crime, BAR owner is helping hand advocate to FBI on political and legal judical factors of discharge proceedings of a officer. They are not a competent witness and have their own imbalance and are playing RUssian Roulette with self and JUDGE in court, FASTER PRISON arrest and detention to even bring a civilian to court. IF no accident and the officers file and and Toxicology panel hosts same like crimes, Civilian walks officer serves offense.
