When one becomes a judge, it does not mean that they have no right to an opinion as a private person. Look at Supreme Court Justices Scalia and Thomas!

Oh so, it's ok for a judge to have an outside opinion if they agree with you....

It seems you right-wingers in Cincinnati do like to kill people, especially if they are black or gay....

The death penalty is MURDER!

If we had quick and speedy trials it might be a deterant. I can't see housing and keeping a murderer in jail for life is a deterant, or any justice for the family. Next thing you know you would be wanting to shorten their sentance and put them back in society to murder again.

BASIC FACT:
Due to the appeals system, it cost many more MILLIONS of dollars to put prisons to death than it does to house them for life.

So, you want him in the gerneral prison population to kill again? I agree with American and mrgoodcitizen to speed the appeals process up. Ten to twenty years for the appeals is rediculous.
