Common cents, you need to go find some common cents. When the school system which Olmsted falls is so well known for declines, so you could save 600 dollars a year. Watch andsee how much you loss in property value in five years. Do some math and see if you come out on top of that deal. Secondly go do some research and see what the average time between school levies is around the state. I think you will see 10 years is very good and sould be considered responsible spending. I think if you exzamine your own budget you will see the 100 dollars you spent 10 years ago dosent buy same amount of goods now, this is true for schools as well.

Property values are already down, having nothing to do with school levys. They should have been teaching tools of everyday living, budgeting, taxes, insurance, etc. yrs. ago. Pay to play sports. Why should everyone have to foot this bill?
Get parents involved & do fundraising with friends & family to help pay. Hmmm now there's an idea.

So if the Olmsted Falls schools lose their high rankings, sports are pay to pay, and people leave the community or send their children to other schools this will have no effect on your property value. Right?
