The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that Ohio's current school funding system is unconstitutional. The key component to Ohio current school funding system is property taxes. Consequently, any organization or person who supports the Cleveland school levy, is guilty of supporting Ohio's unconstitutional school funding system.
Personally, as a property tax paying citizen and resident of Cleveland, I consider it my civic duty to support the Ohio Supreme Court school funding decision, by voting AGAINST the Cleveland school levy.
