Three men held in Cumberland drive-by shooting

Three men are being held without bond in a drive-by shooting in Cumberland County, a spokesman for the sheriff's office said.

I feel that none of the 3 of them should have been charged or arrested. How can someone do a driveby, but they are right in front of where they stay at? Their should have been a better investigation! Then 1 of the innocent men died because of neglect of medical treatment while incarcerated and should have been at home, which I feel if he was at home then he would still be alive today. But nothing is heard about his death in jail or the guards refusing to treat him though? But the news about the drive by that never occured was all over the news.

I read about this in the Farmville paper. Then at a later time I remember seeing a person with the same name and age that had died. I wondered if it was the same person. I never heard anything else about it.
