what a horrible,cruel,rotton,uncaring ,inhumane,thing to do to an animal.I would take this nut who did this and tie his filthy rear end to the bumper of a garbage truck and drag his rotton ass all over and see how the heck he feels.I have no mercy for somebody who could do such a horrible thing like this to a helpless animal.whats good for one is good for another.someone else said and i beleive in this,an eye for an eye,meaning animal or people,animals are living creations from god,they were not put here to torture and kill and to hurt them.animals are innocent and so many of them are being abused,starved,beat,used for fighting and it is not right.and nothing is done,these people get nothing but a slap on the hand,and thats why it just keeps going on.make the law where if and whatever a person or persons,hurt an animal in anyway,the court sytem does the same to them,if someone neglects to feed an animal,let them starve,if someone beats an animal,brat them,if someone is involved with fighting innocent dogs,throw them in the ring with dogs that were once innocent and made angry and aggressive,and let them get ripped apart,or if someone kills an animal,do the same to them.this is just why it don't stop,more and more animals are suffering and dying needlessly at the hands of cruel noncaring people.someone has to protect the poor animals.
