Sheriff Stands By Deputies In October Shooting

Cumberland County Sheriff Mark Dion continues to support his deputies in response Wednesday to allegations that they acted inappropriately during a police-involved shooting in October.

Shot through your Kitchen window. Shots fired into the house. Who else could have been in the house? A child, a grand mother, any one. How did they know it was even Mr. Tenczar?????????? Bad police judgement.

my step-dad is the boss of one of the men in the sherriffs department. he told the story to me and i was annoyed. they shouldn't judge it by the way the guy cut the last parrt out. this is annoying. those two men should not be sued.

The officers themselves dont get sued. They are bonded and insured
