Expert's testimony backs accused's tale in Crawford homicide case
The severe head injuries that caused a 21-month-old Crawford County girl's death in February 2008 are consistent with those that a child would have suffered in a trip and fall, a forensic pathologist said during Melynda K. French's homicide trial this morning.

Melynda is grasping at straws! She never mentioned it to investigators or in the first trial because it doesn't have ANYTHING to do with Kierstans injurys or death! She's just looking for something, anything, to blame it on and save herself!! Nice try though - the injurys poor little Kierstan had were almost immediatly after the cause - NOT days!! Her own "expert Dr" even said that!
And to the author of this article - why don't you tell the public the whole story? Like how Melynda lied on the stand today - numerous times! Or how her "expert Dr." admitted on the stand that he lied at the last trial? OR, how her "expert Dr" didn't even read ALL of the reports, yet he formed an "opinion" to favor Melynda's side of the story AFTER he was paid $4,000!!! Oh, sorry, I forgot! You and her family play golf together and you need to keep your putting partners.
Get your note pad ready, that guilty verdict is coming!
