english comes from a clan of crooks. Move back to England and be a Tory where they're more tolerant of your hidden life style. Your party's over, get used to it.

The problem Phil English has is the same as ALL republicans in 2008:

George W Bush!

English has unwaveringly supported Bush's failed economic and foreign policies which have put America into the worst recession since the GREAT DEPRESSION, and broken our military via the Iraq QUAGMIRE!

The Bush/English tax breaks for the wealthy are unconscienable when so many in America are struggling to put food on the table, pay their mortgages, and afford sky-rocketing gas prices.

How does English rationalize tax cuts for the rich - DURING WARTIME!

Not only are the rich NOT fighting the war - they are NOT paying for it...!!!

The Bush/English Iraq war has been a total disaster by any means one could possibly fathom - yet English voted just this past week to continue support for a war with "NO END IN SIGHT" (General Ricardo Sanchez).

To be sure, it is time for new leadership all across the country!

ENGLISH = EXPERIENCE AND SENIORITY.

DAHLKEMPER = A WOMAN RUNNING IN HOPE OF BUSH BACKLASH WITH NO EXPERIENCE.

I would hope that the voters in this Congressional District will realize the importance of Congressional Seniority to our home base. He has also done a fine job for us and is not in any way A Bush follower.

Keep Ms. Dahlkemper cutting the grass at Frontier; any conflict there? Was that not her hubbie's firm that did the work at Frontier???

English is years of being a yes man for the republican party and stabbing most good americans in the back. See what the administration wants and there lies the English vote 99 out of 100 times maybe even 100 out of 100 times.

Da Judge will have to do some research on Willie's numbers.

Republicans aren’t doing so well lately. Gosh, what could it be? Besides:
The economy going in to the toilet...$3.70 for gasoline... TWO BOTCHED WARS, giving our troops tanks without proper armor, providing substandard treatment in VA hospitals, turning the U.S. in to the country that’s known around the world for TORTURING PRISONERS, then lying about it, doing NEARLY NOTHING ABOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION... gosh, if those aren’t what did it... what else could it be?
Maybe preaching to us about morals???

To my Reston neighbor, there are plenty of Democrat-party sex scandals as well. One need only look at Eliot Spitzer, Marc Dunn, Barney Frank, Jim McGreevey, Bill Clinton, etc. to know that such scandals are bi-partisan in nature. The difference is that Democrats condone such behavior while Republicans do not.

We're not in a recession. You need actual losses in the economy which we have not had. Even in the worst of this crunch with the housing market, the economy still grew. So to say that we are in a recession is a bunch of liberal BS. Also, tax cuts help the economy by creating more jobs, encouraging people to grown their businesses and adding more people to the payrolls. Raising taxes hinders the economy and just creates a bunch of people who are dependend on whatever handouts they can get, which is what liberals want anyways. As far as the price of gas goes, what was the price BEFORE the Democrats took control of Congress?

That must be why 80% of the military personal on duty in 2007 considered themselves to be liberal.

I'd like to see proof of that. When I was active, not that long ago, most people I knew in the service were registered republicans.

I just sat through a recorded phone call, with some unknown organization blaming English for gas prices. You people who consider him to be such a bad guy - you are supporting an untalented woman of unknown background, with 5 children of unknown parentage. She has no experience other than that she could manufacture (arborist, indeed!) Human Resource Manager for a lawn service company - she is trading on the name of the man she married - Dahlkemper - when the name Dahlkemper was associated with large stores - no longer true.
We are at risk of voting in a nitwit, who can't seem to string two sentences together. Let's leave Kathy in Erie as an 'arborist'. Let's avoid putting her in office based on mythical achievements.

Phat Phil was just on Pgh TV getting face time with a Steeler (Stealer). TV is not kind to Phat Phil. He has a face for radio.

Phat Phil can get away with this because then Congressman Tom Ridge gerrymandered the district to get into Pgh's media market to run his governor's campaign TV commercials.

English is not a man of his word. Back in 1994 when the repulicans signed the contract on america Phil stated that he believed in term limts and would serve no more than 6 terms. Time is up Phil.

I must admit...a quandry faces me...Phil--represents none of m my values--Dahlkemper--the same. She hasn't convinced me but most of the voting public is uneducated (I know that will insult those who read this--it is not meant for them)...and they vote on a whim rather than qualifications....this may very well be an election I cannot vote for either. The "dahl"represents an elitist with whom I share no empathy-->Phil well, is an a** who could care less. Not sure who is worse; she will have NO respect in congress--then again neither does he!!
