I am searching for information on my paternal g-g-grandparents. Israel C. Davis was born in Louisiana in 1816. He married Mary C. Hamilton in Copiah Co MS in 1833. Their children were: Laura G. born abt. 1845, George P. born abt. 1850, Harriet born abt. 1852, Matilda Caroline (my g-grandmother)born abt. 1855, Alexander born abt. 1858, Lucy J. born abt. 1860, Eugenia born abt. 1865 and Eliza born about 1866.

Any and all information would be appreciated. I had some luck regarding Israel's parents, but the source's email address from the genealogy board posting was no longer valid.

If you can help me, please contact me at kathryn450@hotmail.com.
