Orland Hills police chief reinstated as defendant in federal lawsuit
Orland Hills Police Chief Thomas Scully is once again a defendant in a federal lawsuit, after the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago on Monday reversed a prior federal court decision that removed him from the case.

You are exactly right. How much more money is this clown of a chief going to cost us the tax payers of Orland Hills?
We need to start a slate for the next election and get some trustee's elected who care about how much money a department head is costing us. He cost us hundreds of hundreds of thousands of dollars in his failed attempt to break the union. WHEN WILL IT END?
