Texas Schools Make Global News for Arresting Kids 300,000 in 2010 as Young as 6

300,000 in 2010 as young as six years old in Texas were issued Class C Misdemeanors because the state government declares it won't raise taxes. Therefore, it must turn to increasing fines. Young students are paying a heavy price. With criminal records, they can't get federal financial aid for college, they face jail time upon turning 17, and face a life marred with a criminal record for petty offenses such as spraying perfume in class, cussing at a kid on the playground, and being late to school.

The news about Texas schools being the pipeline to prison was located in the uk guardian. Texas authorities subpoenaed all bloggers of occupy Collin county so it was made private. Free speech is a joke.
