The Waterford has not been forthcoming regarding the seriousness of the illness in advising elderly residents and their families, nor in advising as to corrective measures being taken. We have no faith that they will advise as to the source of the illness if it is determined. Had families been properly advised at the inset of the illness, perhaps family members could have been removed from the facility before becoming ill.
