i think hes learned the lesson getting his hand bitten off, fineing him is cruel and unamerican, it just shows how unemotional and robotic this dirtbag justice system is, and just how bad the beast is needing money....instead of politicians cutting raises, benefits, or slashing pay they start squeezing more from us by enforcing ridiculous laws, like this for example....and like the new ''boots'' for cars in louisville

Yes,he did get his hand bitten off,but he still broke the law and thats the reason for the misdemeanor. As for the boots,i completely agree with those.Pay yuor tickets and u wouldnt have to worry about a 'boot'.

petty parking fines are just another scheme to make citizens pay, some area's i can see but things like facing the wrong way while parked in front of your own house is petty and should not be a law, now parking in front of loading docks or driveways, yeah i can see. The dude got his hand bitten off sandy...for gods sake. A fine too? Come on, now you know thats just straight up wrong.

You went offtopic but thats ok.Jako,i've lived down there and been around gators, you dont FEED them, esp how he did it.im gonna give you a scenario that can relate to this story, since someone thinks in nutty, lol. If you cause a wreck and end up in the hospital all banged up,your still gonna get charged with the wreck if its your fault, and it dont matter that your in the hospital. If that dont convince you, than theres nothing that will.Feeding alligators is a misdemeanor, and if he hadnt done that,he would still have his hand.Between January 2011 and May 2012, six people were warned and 13 cited in Florida for feeding or enticing an alligator, according to FWC records. He patted the water before the gator attacked.....stupid.

yeah, i see what your saying about the wreck, but there is a big difference in operating a vehicle and wrecking into someone as opposed to feeding a gator....thats like saying you might as well fine someone for littering when they fall off a public roof for getting blood on the sidewalk, he was his own victim...hand gone, fine is just going overboard.

LOL..you said a pun....overboard.And guess what? He wont be the last dummy who feeds gators,as they do it all the time :D.Sorry Jako,he was stupid to do it,as he should've known better, and the court agreed,as he goes back next month.Pat water and hold out chicken=losing hand.
