It seems to me that pope is a crook. And im getting the impression that pope and LOU Bailey is messin around. It aint that serious for them to do all that just for him to become sheriff. I know that Annmarie surely aint much of a judge. She spends most of her time trying to not decide cases. She does not tick off voters that way. For a while she was getting the judge from Atkinson County to hear a lot of her cases. We have all heard about judges from Atkinson and Clinch Counties havent we! I also know that Annmarie is also a frequent poster here and on the Douglasnews forum too. Usually she is the one (or ones) bragging about her.

You are all nuts!! For one, every single one of the candidates for the office of sheriff in coffee were crooked as shit except for Bill Butler. He was the one for the job!! And for the above posts in reference to Chuck and Neil Sims: Neil only served as Sheriff of Coffee County ONE TIME!! This took place after the tragic death of Sheriff Carlton Evans until Sheriff Rob Smith could take office. Neil did not serve as sheriff after Rob resigned, JOE WHITE DID!! Oh and thank you Lou Bailey for your insane imput!! Why does your name come up in all coffee county political conversations when Voter Fraud is mentioned? You are just as much of a Criminal as the ones that you stand behind! You are a dishonest lying ass troublemaker and I hope you get whats coming to you!!

Don't know about Bailey, but as for the others, I believe you nailed it, whoever you are Chippy. Think Butler was our only shot at honest, but this horrible place wouldn't stand for that. Everyone wants the one they can best manipulate. Oh well...at least now I know why someone and pope are so tight, if the sheriff has ever had a need for scripts....mystery solved.

pope had a very close friend of mine picked up for no reason an then had his officers beat him on the side of the road i have pics of it where they had him in cuffs beating the hell out of him for nothing. pope is byfar no blessing to me. he justs wants to control us to get what he wants. so that he can do his dirty work under the table an nobody says anything i prey to god that somebody stops him before its to late
