Child, mother scalded in kitchen accident

A 3-year-old Newport child is in Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville following an apparent kitchen accident Sunday that burned both the child and its mother.

Why would you be holding your 3 year old child in your arms while getting a bowl with boiling water out of the microwave to start with. It's a wonder she isn't charged with child endangerment.
She may not have ment for anything bad to happen but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out you don't handle bowls of boiling water in one hand and a squirming 3 year old in the other.

Mercy, you appear to be a very angry person.
Yes, when you judge someone harshly it will come back to bite you. And yes you were judging her with your comment. Accidents happen. No one is suggesting she scalded her child on purpose. Hindsight is 20/20 would she do things differently if she had it to do over, well of course. Lighten up a bit. It's not good for your blood pressure to get so angry.

I think you both should take it easy, accidents happen (everybody knows that, and there is nothing anybody can do about it now (shoulda, woulda coulda). It's just an article to make us all think a little bit more about what we're doing.

rest assured it was done on purpose she admitted to her husband it was done cause he did not change the tire on his truck fast enough i know the family and it was on purpose dont let other blindsided people let you think it wasnt
