St. Johns man charged with felonious assault following shooting incident

UPDATED 4:25 P.M. - ST. JOHNS - Thirty-six-year-old David Sisung of Essex Township has been charged in connection with a shooting Sunday night that left another man with a gunshot wound to his foot.

Judged:

Mr. Cena unlawfully entered Mr. Sisung's home and attacked him after threatening him on the phone with his life.
Mr. Sisung asked Mr. Cena to leave his property. Mr. Cena refused and continued to threaten Mr. Sisung. A shot was fired in warning at the ground and the bullet hit the cement and then hit Mr. Cena.
Now Mr. Sisung is being charged and Mr. Cena is free and clear. How is this justice?
