This is really disturbing. Who ties up a horse to a tree? The horse should be able to roam & have food & shelter. Who is the "girlfriend" the horse belongs to? One of Frankfort's finest I'm sure. The property looks like a junk yard from what I see on the news.

I am sure that one of Franktuckys finest horse whisperers is using this as some sort of training aid. I am thinking that 80%the of these so called horse professionals are just wan-a-bes that dont know any more about horses than I know how to operate a nuclear reactor. Just another day in Franktucky. The certified mexican really thinks he is getting something here in Franktucky, I far as I am concerned the mexicans can have it all. Just be careful what you wish for miguel.

THE HORSE NEEDS REMOVED! THIS IS ANIMAL CRUELTY! Simply Pathetic of the Owner/girlfriend. How would they like to be tied to a tree for 2 years????
