Does it surprise anyone to know that the drunk driver was served drinks at the scoreboard til nearly 3am before he stumbled to his truck and moments later killed the 27 year old woman? It is against the law to serve someone drinks when they are clearly impaired. Shame on the Lenehans

I dont think every bar behaves this irresponsibly, i'm sure the scoreboard and the lenehans will be in for a wrongful death lawsuit

Can`t even get the name of the victim. Just strange..........

That's what's wrong with our society today. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions. Shame on you!

They close at 3 AM. Two hours is not "moments".

It is a fact that this bar serves after 3 am. And it is the responsibility of the bartendar to not serve alcohol to highly intoxicated people.

Well then i would say every bar in the World could have closed at midnight, because im sure 90% of the people in them were drunk by then!!! You really are a "naive" trouble maker! If you were out New Years Eve...Im sure you shouldnt have been served either! I must say you seem to know alot about THIS bar. What is your deal!!

Just curious, why the need to be serving the same drunks weekend after weekend knowing that they are irresponsible and most likely are going to get into a car and attempt getting home, oh yes, it's the money, the only thing that is REALLY important. However, instead of just lambashing the bar owners why not make it a law that if you look/act intoxicated that you have to blow before your next drink, if over the legal driving limit you are refused the drink. sounds simple enough, any suggestions/comments. it is just too bad that we have become such an irresponsible society.
