Do things like this really happen in Breese, IL?? Is this just another case of the woman being under the age of 18, or was this a more serious incident?

How old is the female? I'm sick and tired of hos playing dress-up and ruining guys lives. Not every girl under 18 is innocent. They are smart enough to figure out how to get what they want. THeir sucker victim pays the price.

I am sure that te above comments are written by men. What is wrong that you cannot make advances on women your age but have to stroke your ego by preying on young women. So if there was the possibillty that they might be underage, why even go there. Why would any grown man be attracted to a young girl? These are children and when a man is grown, his advances should be to a woman who can make that decision, not be manipulated because they are young and immature. I think that any man who gets with an underage girl deserves to be jailed.

Look, Im a woman too, I know these 13 and 14 year old girls in this area, I go to parties where they all are. Sitting on older mens laps, wiggling around, showing off their new bra to these men, come on, where are THESE kids parents?
parents today are so busy trying to make ends meet, they cant cope with the fact their daughters are whores.

For JulieAnn's info, I am a woman. I was reared correctly. I didn't have a mother pushing me to grow up too fast. Go to the mall and look in Libby Lu. Young girls dressed up as rock stars. Their mothers talking about their daughters "going out" with a certain boy. Of course, this is only talking on the phone, but we are talking about 9 year old girls and up. The girls these days are being reared as hos. I don't think that the parents are always busy making a living. They want their daughters to be the most popular. I know one sophomore girl's mother in this town who doesn't tell her husband who her daughter dates. She also has her daughter change clothes after she gets to school because her husband won't let her daughter wear what she wants. There are a lot more mothers like this. It's a darn shame.

i was a mom of teenage girls at one time, thank god they are adults now. does anybody stay at home with their kids now-a-days? if you can afford to do this, please take the opportunity. i understand if you have to work, but some women work just so they can have their fancy ($200+ grand) home, their over-priced cars, stylish clothes, and on-and-on. in the long run, it's not worth the price of your girls running loose and getting into all kinds of situations that they are too young to control. LET'S START PARENTING!

i don't know how old the victim is. with that said, has anyone looked up the number of registered sex offenders we have in our county? it is unreal! i wonder how many we have that are not registered? as parents, we cannot be with our children all of the time. I DO "NOT" WANT THEM LIVING BY ME OR BY ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
WHAT MORE CAN WE DO TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN???

I am friend of the victim in this case. She is a 23 year old single mother of a five year old boy. This is not a case of some teenage girl that cried assault. The victim in this case was trying to be a good citizen and she got the bad end of it. It messed her up pretty bad seeing as how she was rather close to her house when this happened. In small towns like this word spreads like wildfire. She has not only been the victim of this attack but she is also the victim of harsh words and actions against her and her child. She could not even take her son to the park for the longest time without someone saying something to her.

I love the fact that everyone is allowed to voice their opinion on a public forum about issues they know nothing about. The legal system manages to manipulate everything and the media are half informed at best, but we all need drama. By the way Sam, I am the best friend of the falsely accused and his family. They don't have a clue who you are. Maybe the next time you get home at 2 o'clock in the morning and need to entertain yourself you could do some self evaluation on why you need to live through other peoples lives instead of taking care of your own.

I think it is really sad that this happened to the 37 year old man, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Everyone can always judge and feel sorry for the victim, but there are always two sides to the story and that female and male know what really happened. I just pray my girls would never do what SHE did to another human being, it is not right.

Two years and all of your words still hurt. There was NO consentual sex in any sense of the word. And this still haunts me from day to day. I am not or have never been a hooker that solicits. Get it right. And everyone wonders why in the hell 80% of these crimes don't get reported. I said no. In this country, no means no. Oh what I did to him and his family, how about what he did to me and my family. I didn't do anything to another human being. And trust me one day in jail and a hospital bill is hardly acceptable punishment for what happened to me that night. For all the nameless and disgruntleds, you have no idea the amount of pain and suffering that I went through, that I still go through dealing with this. I have scars that will never go away. If you would have read the article when it was published, I moved away from the area, there was MORE than enough evidence against him to find him guilty. When he violated an order that stated he needed to let the courts know his whereabouts at all times and he wound up moving within miles away from me, did anyone honestly think I was going to stick around. And the family isn't accused, its one man, who I pray to God never does this to anyone else. It sickens me to know that he has a daughter at home.

Just how was there enough evidence when what you say is inacurate, please like he new where you lived you make it sound like someone is stalking you. I personally don't know you i just see your chaos that follows you i think we should take his rap sheet and yours and conpare and let the facts speak for themselves.I believe you are starved for attention and need a life to say he made you move. wasn't it the warrant for your arrest that made you move?
there has been a resuloution of these acusations so you are very close to being slanderous in your text.with the propper authorities your IP adress can be traced and you could be found and charged with slander you don't need that so stop before you go over the line.we both know if i go quoting your rap sheet and his you wouldn't like that i don't believe. hasn't enough damage been done go and be well

Knock it off. I will scream it from the top of the highest mountain. I moved away from the hell I lived in, no warrant made me move. You want to go after me for slander, please. Yeah damage was done alright, to me. My own mother sat in the court room and listened to the officers testimony, and she told me she personally broke down. This case was looked over time and time again. And it wasn't what I said, there was plenty of physical evidence. And from the way you talk, your grammar, and your 'knowledge' of me, I think you know me rather well.

I worked as a dancer, a bartender, etc. Nothing matters. My rap sheet nor his. What you think just because some one got in more trouble than the other that it makes it acceptable behavior? It just goes to show what kind of close minded assholes live in your area. I know a few people down there too. A published author who wrote a book about her own personal hell and being able to work through it. Everyone is so blinded by the fact of what they think I am, and the sides of the story that they have heard. Reading all of the negatives allow me to express myself, cry, and think things through. It doesn't matter what mistakes I have made in my life, all that matters is that night. I sure hope that nothing like this ever hits close to home for you and your families. It ruins lives. For everyone involved. Stop harping about how I am ruining or ruined his life. He did that himself. What I constitute driving a drunk man who was LEFT at a bar to a hotel and helping him sign him, obviously meant that I wanted to sleep with him. Get a grip people. I had my own life, my own issues, problems, etc. Not one person is perfect. And if you want to touch on slander, I have plenty of comments here to go on thank you.
