Clinch Co. recovers thousands of dollars in stolen property

Otherwise "good" person? Lashley has been a thief since he was a teenager. It just finally caught up with him. He's been trying to get disability for years. Its amazing that he's too disabled to work but is fully capable to steal. He has three children that his parents have practically raised from birth. His wife turned out to be sorry as heck too. She left him and her kids.
His little brother is just as sorry.
Out of three boys only one turned decent and got the hell out of dodge.
