Trouble for man in horse-death case
Chad M. Moore, who last month was let out of jail early after working off part of a sentence related to the deaths of at least 12 horses, admitted Monday he had failed to report to one of his probation officers.

He is not responsible and pays no consequences for his actions. Just give him a warning and send him back to training and working horses. But is it not part of his probation to stay away from animals? Not according to Chad,he believes rules and laws do not apply to him.
