"Motorcycles are dangerous. We know that," said Lt. Randy McElfresh, Ohio State Highway Patrol Batavia Post commander.

No, motorcycles are NOT dangerous. However, arming dunce cops with firearms could be dangerous. A motorcycle, like a firearm, is a inanimate object and as such it can't do anything to anybody without a human actor.
