I feel sorry for his wife and kids!!! If Moser was forced to leave Elkader why was he hired in Guttenberg?? Why is his case being kept so private when anyother citizens cases are put in the Press for all to read?? Is he affraid that the truth will come out? What about his victims when will they get their justice with him? We need to support these victims so that they can come forward and know that it will be ok. Is this the kind of man that you want your kids looking up to? I thought the police were here to guide kids in the right path and to help them become better people, also to teach our children right from wrong. But if you ask me this is just not right. What about all the summer tourists? Why would they want to come to a town that you can't even trust our own police force?

Moser is a very troubled man. His (third) wife is fully aware of all of his actions and stays with him. She is a fool. He continues to lie to her and the many women he's had affairs with (he lied and said he was divorced) and now claims it's all due to a sexual addiction. An ego addiction is more like it. He used the power or his badge to get away with whatever he wanted.

Moser was an idiot,, a geek on a power trip! Probably one of those kids picked on in high school and thought he could do what he pleased.
All he ever did was play the "name game" with people he busted getting people to lie and what not to get out of trouble, maybe he should of done his job the right way he might still have a job!

He was forced to leave Elkader so what happens, good ole Guttenberg picks up his contract. Now we are still paying Elkader and we are out of a cop. Just shows you the cops are idiots and so is the mayor and his "puppets" in the council!!!

The last post was March 3rd, and as we all now know, some details are finally coming out. When I googled his name, I couldn't believe all the details of his unemployment hearing. Thought he was so smart, but what kind of brain says it is okay to text a message like that???? Pretty gross....and thank goodness the woman who received it, kept it and showed it to the Chief of Police. There will be more coming out now.

I don't think all of Guttenberg's Police Force is bad, I've heard the Chief don't get alot of support from the current mayor and his chosen ones on the city council.I have visited Guttenberg in the past and thought it would be a nice place to retire, now it sounds like a little Chicago..Police corruption, murder charges and meth.Time to wake up Guttenberg and get rid of the political BS and elect a new mayor.
