Jury acquits Oakview police officer of assault charge
A Clay County jury acquitted an Oakview police officer this week of assaulting a 90-year-old man during a traffic stop in 2009.The officer, Kimberly A. Whyley, 41, had been charged with third degree assault, a misdemeanor.

It sounds like the prosecutor had an axe to grind against this Officer? She is pretty. I guess she turned down his advances? I hope there will be several lawsuits filed. I am glad it is over for this Officer. I need to say one more thing though. The Oakview police chief is still a bastard!
