Do you people ever except blame for anything that you do? This county is so custom to getting free handouts from the government that the normal for them is to blame everyone else!

I still think that if given time there wouldn't be a problem with young people and alcohol. If Manchester turns out to be that rare town that can't handle legal alcohol then in 2014 vote it dry again. Being wet doesn't seem to hurt most Kentucky cities and counties.

well i haven'theard anything about people dieing from drugs in a while at least the arest made are drunk but alive not dead from drugs these people sober up pay a fine and go home so if they have a family and job off to work they go and taxes they pay

Also as a note, the other things your not considering is that the increase is because they are getting arrested in Clay County, Instead of another county.

Because from a state standpoint arrests are not up, so its just where they are getting arrested.

Also I work with statistics.

And the 'increase' pretty much bootlegger propaganda.
