Clarksville town coucil once again showed how they have NO concern for the future of Clarksville or Clark county.
Isn't it their JOB to deal with these issues. Instead...they run away.
Another issue that they shy away from is the smell from the Clarksville waste water plant. The residents & business along N. Clark could sue the water treatment plant for a variety of things. From poluting thre air to house devaluation. But that is another story. Call the coucil members at home, they are in the phone book, and tell them you are tired of their lack of responsibility.
